WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
At this time, we only ship to states in the continental US. Our hopes are to be able to expand shipping options as we progress as a company.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 14 days. Please contact us with any issues at aromatictouch.info@gmail.com and we would be happy to assist!
Do you have Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75.
How long is your processing time?
We try to get all orders processed within 3-4 days before they are shipped off. Because we are a small batch company, some candles are made to order. Total order processing and shipping should be 7-10 business days.
How should I trim the wicks & how often?
You should trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch before each use. Only trim when candle is no lit.
Do you have wholesale opportunities?
